I am not here to fix women.

I am here to steward return.

For years, I have walked with strong, capable women who carry more than they were meant to hold. Women who love God deeply — and yet feel braced in their bodies. Faithful. Responsible. Accomplished. But quietly tired.

I began to see something clearly:

Most women are not broken.

They are divided.

Their faith in one place.
Their body in another.
Their story fragmented across time.

But the human person was never meant to be separated into parts.

We are body.
Soul.
Spirit.

Integrated.

My Formation

Before I was an Artist of the Soul, I was a Labor and Delivery nurse.

I spent years standing at the threshold between pain and birth. Between fear and courage. Between survival and new life.

I learned something in those rooms:

Birth cannot be rushed.
It cannot be forced.
It must be stewarded.

That understanding now shapes everything I do.

I do not force transformation.

I midwife return.

My Work

Today, I serve as a neuroscience-informed therapeutic artist and formation guide.

My work lives at the intersection of:

Faith
Nervous system wisdom
Identity formation
Sacred creativity

Through Artful Storywork™, embodied practice, and year-long formation, I help women step out of survival-shaped strength and into peaceful, sovereign identity.

This is not therapy.
It is not coaching.

It is formation.

What I Believe

I believe the body tells the truth.

I believe anxiety and trauma are not moral failures — they are intelligent responses to a fractured world.

I believe wholeness is when the ways of your being match the truth of your being.

I believe peace is not something you perform.

It is something you can feel.

I believe women were not created to live braced.

They were created to live embodied.
Soft and strong.
Rooted and radiant.

My Story

I did not arrive at this work through theory.

I walked it.

Through seasons of bracing, over-giving, and survival strength, I discovered that healing was not about becoming someone new.

It was about returning.

Returning to my body.
Returning to my identity.
Returning to intimacy with God.

This work changed my life.

Now I steward it for others.

I do not walk women quickly.

I walk them completely.
