DREAM LESSON FIVE: KEEP
As you continue toward the Summit of Dreams, you are being invited to discover what will keep you aligned when the path ahead is unclear.
A dream may show you where you want to go.
But your values help you know how you want to live along the way.
For many women, life becomes shaped by what is expected.
What needs to be done.
What keeps everyone happy.
What looks successful.
What feels safe.
And somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with what actually matters most to us.
Keep is the sacred practice of discovering your inner compass.
Your values are not simply words you admire.
They are the things that make your life feel true.
Connection.
Freedom.
Creativity.
Faith.
Beauty.
Adventure.
Family.
Courage.
Peace.
Whatever they may be for you.
Your life experiences have been revealing them all along.
The moments that brought you joy.
The things that broke your heart.
The choices you are proud of.
Even the places where something felt deeply wrong.
All of them contain clues about what you value.
As you move through this lesson, you will begin noticing the difference between the values you say matter to you and the values your life is actually reflecting.
Not with judgment.
With curiosity.
Because when your life becomes aligned with what matters most, something begins to settle within you.
You don't need every answer.
You don't need to see the entire path to the summit.
You need a compass.
Something that can help you ask:
Does this move me toward the woman I am becoming?
Does this reflect what I truly value?
Does this align with what God is inviting me to create?
Your Creative Compass becomes a way of keeping what matters close as you move forward.
The dream gives you a horizon.
Your values help you find your way.
When you are ready, begin the lesson.
You Have Completed Keep
You have reached the end of Keep.
Take a moment to pause along the path to the Summit of Dreams.
You have begun to discover what matters most to you.
Your values.
Your priorities.
The things that make your life feel true.
These are more than words.
They are your compass.
The path ahead will not always be clear.
There will be choices.
Distractions.
Other people's expectations.
Moments when you question the dream or wonder which direction to take.
You may not always know exactly where you are going.
But you can know what keeps you aligned.
With God.
With yourself.
With the woman you are becoming.
Your Creative Compass is something you can return to again and again.
A reminder of what matters.
What you want to protect.
What you want to cultivate.
And how you want to live.
The dream gives you a horizon.
Your values help you find your way.
And now, it is time to take what you have been imagining and begin bringing it closer to your actual life.
When you are ready, continue on to Lesson Six: Embody.
You have imagined the dream.
You have found your compass.
Now, begin to live it.
