DREAM LESSON SIX: EMBODY

As you continue toward the Summit of Dreams, you are being invited to bring the dream a little closer.

Out of your imagination.

And into your life.

It is one thing to imagine a life that feels whole.

It is another to begin living like the woman who inhabits it.

For many women, dreaming stays safely in the future.

Someday.

When there is more time.

When things settle down.

When we feel ready.

When we become more confident.

But your dream is not only about where you are going.

It is showing you something about how you want to live now.

Embody is the sacred practice of beginning to experience the dream before everything around you has changed.

How does the woman you are becoming move through her day?

What does she make room for?

How does she care for herself?

What does she say yes to?

What does she release?

How does she relate to God?

To herself?

To the people she loves?

What makes her feel alive?

As you move through this lesson, you will begin noticing the difference between a life shaped by survival and a life created from wholeness.

Not so you can judge the life you are living.

So you can begin choosing differently.

Through your Dream Date and Dream Life Wheel, you will step into the life you have been imagining and experience a small piece of it now.

You do not need to change everything.

You do not need to wait until the entire dream becomes possible.

One choice can become an embodiment of the life you desire.

One afternoon.

One conversation.

One boundary.

One creative act.

One small way of living differently.

You don't have to wait for the dream to become your life.

You can begin becoming the woman who lives it.

The summit is getting closer.

The dream is no longer only something you can see in the distance.

You are beginning to step inside it.

When you are ready, begin the lesson.

You Have Completed Embody

You have reached the end of Embody.

Take a moment to pause along the path to the Summit of Dreams.

The dream is no longer only something you imagine in the distance.

You have begun to step inside it.

You have explored what it might feel like to live from wholeness rather than survival.

To make choices from who you are becoming.

To create space for what matters.

To experience, even for a moment, the life you have been imagining.

You do not need to change everything at once.

A dream becomes embodied through small choices.

One boundary.

One conversation.

One act of courage.

One moment of beauty.

One decision to live differently.

This is how the future begins becoming the present.

Pay attention to what you discovered here.

What felt alive?

What felt true?

What felt like you?

These are clues.

The woman you are becoming is not waiting somewhere in the future.

She is already emerging.

And now, as you near the summit, it is time to recognize her.

To release the names and identities that no longer belong.

And to give language to what is becoming true.

When you are ready, continue on to Lesson Seven: Name.

You have imagined the dream.

You have begun to embody it.

Now, name the woman who will carry it.
