FEEL LESSON FIVE:

UNPLUG

You have come to a holy pause in the pilgrimage—a place to sit, to unplug, and to turn your attention toward the Spirit.

Here, you are invited to step away from the noise of the world—the constant input, the voices, the distractions—and create space within. This is not about withdrawal, but about returning.

As you unplug from what has been shaping you from the outside, you begin to plug into the quiet, steady presence of God within you.

He is always speaking, but often we cannot hear Him over everything else. In this pause, you will learn to listen again—to notice, to be still, and to receive what is true.

Inside, you will discover what happens when the noise quiets and your soul begins to hear again.

Congrats—you have made it through Unplug.

I want to remind you that this is not something you do once, but something you return to again and again. Creating space, stepping away from the noise, and learning to listen to the Spirit is a practice that unfolds over time.

There will be seasons where it feels natural, and others where the world feels loud again. That is okay. The invitation is not perfection, but return. Even now, I am still practicing this—coming back, quieting the noise, and making space to hear what is true.

Let this be life-giving, not something you measure yourself against. We are walking this together, side by side. You are not alone.

You may now move on to Lesson Six: Nurture.
