FEEL LESSON TWO: GROUND
Welcome to GROUND. Here you will put your feet in the dirt and breath deep. You will begin to see beauty in the ordinary days and give thanks, even if they are not perfect days, there is still beauty to be found all around us if we have eyes to see.
Congrats! You have completed Ground. This is not something you do once, but a daily practice to return to. On my hardest days, I come back to this. On my best days, I come back to this. Let it be something you carry with you—simple, steady, and life-giving.
