FEEL LESSON THREE: RHYTHM
As we continue to journey together, I want to remind you that you are doing hard and holy things. Most people are never brave enough to look within, to search out the deep places of the heart—and yet, here you are.
This lesson is about finding your rhythm again. When we go through hard things, we can lose that rhythm. But it was never truly lost. Babies are born with it—you never have to teach a child to dance, to move, to create. It is already within them.
And so, we return. As Jesus said, we become like little children again. Through movement, through dance, through color, through expression. In Him we live and move and have our being—so let this be a celebration.
Your body is a gift from God, created to move, to feel, and to express what is alive within you.
Congrats! You have completed Rhythm. That was fun, wasn’t it? You even got to see me dance.
Not everything about healing needs to be serious. Sometimes we are invited to let go, to move, and to rediscover joy right here in the present moment.
This is how we find our rhythm again—not all at once, but one day at a time.
When you are ready, you may now move on to Lesson Four: Open.
