FEEL LESSON FOUR: OPEN
You have come to a place in the pilgrimage where we begin to open—to receive what has been given.
This is where we talk about something often overlooked in emotional healing: nourishment. It is more vital than you may realize. God designed your body to be well nourished, to receive the goodness of what He placed on the earth for you.
This is not separate from healing—it is part of it. Your minerals, your metabolism, the way your body is supported and sustained all matter when it comes to your brain, your emotions, and your capacity to heal.
As you open to this, you will begin to understand why.

I want to remind you that we will never achieve perfect nutrition, but we can learn to nourish as a way to restore our vitality and emotional freedom.
What I am offering you are daily practices to carry into your life—not something to master once, but something to return to again and again.
I have been practicing nourishing my brain and body for many years now, and I am still learning. There are seasons where it comes naturally, and others—especially in times of stress—where I forget. That is okay. The invitation is not perfection, but gentle return.
Let this be life-giving, not something you measure or shame yourself over. We are in this together, side by side. You are not alone.
