This element is about learning to feel again. It is an invitation to gently begin feeling what has been buried, silenced, or carried for far too long.

Sometimes what we experience as anxiety, exhaustion, or even illness is not something broken, but something unexpressed—a holy scream that has been held inside for years. And here, at the Beautiful Gate, you are invited to let it begin to move.
