HEAL LESSON TWO: WITNESS.

As the river continues its gentle work, you are being invited into one of the bravest moments of the pilgrimage.

Not to fix.
Not to judge.
Not to relive.

But to witness.

Many women have spent years carrying wounds they were never taught how to see. Some were minimized. Some were hidden beneath responsibility, productivity, caregiving, or survival.

But what remains unseen cannot be fully restored.

Witness is the sacred practice of turning toward your story with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

For perhaps the first time, you may begin to see what has been shaping your life beneath the surface.

This is not a moment for shame.

This is a moment for seeing.

As you sit beside the River of Restoration, imagine placing your story gently in your lap.

Not pushing it away.
Not trying to change it.

Simply allowing yourself to see what has always been there.

The river is patient.

There is no need to force what is not ready to be revealed.

Simply remain present.

The wound is not your identity.

It is a place within your story that has been waiting for a witness.

And perhaps, for the first time, that witness is you.

When you are ready, begin the lesson.

You have reached the end of Witness.

Take a moment to pause beside the River of Restoration.

What has been seen cannot be unseen.

What has been witnessed no longer has to remain hidden in the shadows.

You have done something brave.

You turned toward a part of your story that may have been waiting years to be seen.

Not with judgment.
Not with shame.
But with compassion.

This is how restoration begins.

Not by fixing.
Not by forcing.

But by bringing what was hidden into the light.

As the river continues its gentle work, allow yourself to rest in what has been revealed.

There is nothing you need to do with it yet.

Simply let it be seen.

When you are ready, continue on to Lesson Three: Acknowledge.

For what is witnessed can finally be named.
And what is named can begin to be restored.
