FEEL LESSON SIX:
NURTURE
You have come to a place in the pilgrimage where we begin to nurture what is true. As you enter again through the Beautiful Gate, you are invited to lay down the false self—the patterns, the protection, the lies you have carried—and begin to welcome the truth of who you are in Christ.
This is a return to what has always been there, waiting to be received. Here, we go deeper—into the places within you where emotion has been buried, where your story has been held in your body. This is a reunion—your head, your heart, and your body coming back into alignment.
No more bypassing. No more avoiding. Here, we become honest. This is the feeling that leads to healing. And so, gently, we step forward once more—into the Tunnel of Transformation.
Congrats—you have made it through Nurture.
I want to remind you that nurturing what is true within you is not something you do once, but something you return to again and again.
Welcoming the truth of who you are in Christ, and learning to care for what has been restored, is a practice that unfolds over time.
There will be moments where it feels natural, and others where old patterns try to return. That is okay. The invitation is not perfection, but continued return—to truth, to honesty, to what God is forming within you.
Even now, I am still practicing this—coming back, tending to what is true, and allowing God to shape and restore what has been hidden.
Let this be life-giving, not something you measure yourself against. We are walking this together, side by side. You are not alone.
You may now move on to Lesson Seven: Daylight.
