A Sacred Rite of Passage Painting
“The tears could not stop flowing as I was being ministered to and painting my picture. My heart was opened. I cannot explain or describe the feeling of restoration and healing that I feel.”
— KD, Motivational Speaker
The Journey of Finding Beautiful
The Passage is one of the ways women enter the journey of Finding Beautiful.
Some begin with Finding Beautiful: The Awakening, a guided introduction to the Four Elements of Wholeness.
Others feel ready to step directly into an embodied experience.
The Passage is a sacred day where the Four Elements are experienced through Artful Storywork™, nature, and ceremonial reflection.
For women who later feel called to continue the journey, the path may deepen through Finding Beautiful: The Pilgrimage, a guided season of restoration and spiritual formation.
Wherever you begin, the invitation is the same:
to return to beauty
to steward the temple
and to awaken the calling God placed within you.
When Strength Has Carried You Far Enough
Many women have spent years being strong.
Strong for family.
Strong through grief.
Strong through responsibilities that never seemed to end.
From the outside life may appear steady.
Yet inside something may feel tired… braced… or quietly longing for space to breathe.
There comes a moment when continuing as we have been is no longer enough.
The Passage creates a sacred day where women pause long enough to:
• reconnect with their body as a sacred temple
• honor the story they have lived
• step across a meaningful threshold into a new chapter
This is not a workshop.
It is a rite of passage.
Why Rites of Passage Matter
For most of human history, important transitions in life were marked by ritual and ceremony.
Moments when a community paused to witness change.
Moments when a person stepped across a threshold and was recognized for who they were becoming.
Modern life rarely creates space for these sacred transitions.
Yet many women feel the need for them deeply.
The Passage restores this ancient rhythm in a gentle and meaningful way.
It creates a day where your story can be honored, your journey witnessed, and the next chapter of your life marked with intention.
Not rushed.
Not explained away.
But recognized and blessed.
Artful Storywork™
At the heart of The Passage is Artful Storywork™, a Spirit-led painting practice that allows women to listen to the wisdom of the body and express their story through color, image, and movement.
Healing often begins when a story is finally seen and honored.
Through guided reflection and intuitive painting, women begin to see their story in a new way.
What once felt heavy may begin to reveal meaning, beauty, and possibility.
The painting becomes more than artwork.
It becomes a living witness to the transformation unfolding within your story.
We paint because the body remembers what the mind avoids.
Color allows truth to surface gently.
Honor your story. Paint your crossing.
Honor your story. Paint your crossing.
The Four Elements Ceremony
The day unfolds as a ceremonial journey through the Four Elements of Wholeness™, followed by a closing feast of celebration and witness.
Feel — Earth
The Vessel
Reconnect with the body and begin expressing the story you have carried.
Heal — Water
The Vial
Honor grief, memory, and experience with compassion and care.
Dream — Wind
The Feather
Listen for the deeper meaning emerging within your life.
Create — Fire
The Flame
Step forward with courage as your story transforms into direction and purpose.
Feast — Communion
The day concludes around a shared table where each woman’s story is witnessed and honored.
You leave carrying your Passage Painting, a sacred artifact marking the moment you chose to step forward.
What Women Often Experience
Women who attend The Passage often describe feeling:
• deeply seen and understood
• lighter and more peaceful
• connected to their story in a new way
• awakened to new possibilities
Many leave with a renewed sense of:
beauty in their story
authority in their voice
and clarity about the life they are stepping toward.
This May Be Your Moment
There are seasons in life when something inside quietly whispers that it is time for change.
Not because something is wrong.
But because something within you is ready to be honored.
The Passage creates a space where women pause long enough to listen to that invitation.
A different kind of strength begins to emerge.
One rooted in beauty, authority, and calling.
