You will Learn The Four Elements of Wholeness
Your year unfolds across four Elements, a new element released every 3 months, with 8 lessons per Element. You can complete them at your own pace.
FEEL ELEMENT – Emotional release, nervous system nourishment, creative expression, somatic practices
HEAL ELEMENT – Wound healing and integration, body-soul-spirit alignment, soul clearing to invite freedom and creative flow
DREAM ELEMENT – Visioning, purpose discovery, imagination & creativity
CREATE ELEMENT – Biblical manifestation/co-creation, embodiment, contribution, & creative expression
Pacing: 2–3 lessons per month, or you can do them all over a weekend mini retreat, it is fully self-guided.
Live Connection: Access to monthly virtual Artful Storywork Circle for storytelling, expansion, connection, and celebration.
