With over 20 years of experience in ministry, healthcare, and personal transformation, she brings a unique, integrative approach to emotional well-being, leadership, and human development.

Her work bridges science, creativity, and lived experience—helping individuals safely express and release what they’ve been carrying, so they can think more clearly, respond more effectively, and move forward with greater clarity and alignment.
