Through guided prayer, listening + gentle body awareness, we make space to notice what is happening within, invite the Holy Spirit into it + receive what God may be revealing.

Shelley Henk, RN, BSN is trained in Supernatural Mind Renewal Prayer and is currently completing certification in the method. A graduate of the School of Kingdom Ministry, she has more than 20 years of Christian ministry experience.
Her approach brings together prayer, whole-person awareness + a deep trust in the work of the Holy Spirit.
