Before we begin, you'll receive a simple guide with everything you need to prepare your canvas, supplies + space.
We'll begin by identifying the story, question, feeling, transition, or intention you want to explore.
Across three private sessions, I'll guide you through the Artful Storywork™ process:
UNEARTH · CULTIVATE · CREATE
Using expressive painting, story, reflection, embodiment + prayer, we'll bring what's beneath the surface into view, explore what emerges, and create space for a new perspective.
Each session builds on the one before it as your painting—and your story—develops.
We'll close by reflecting on what became visible, what you're noticing now, and what you want to carry forward.
No art experience required.
There is nothing to decode and no right way to paint.
